As a WorkSafe Victoria endorsed provider, Prime Health Group are delighted to offer your organisation worker health assessments for all your staff, absolutely FREE*  This is the Victorian Government’s response to improving the health of the Victorian community. Be a part of a healthier Victoria!

All organisations will receive full reimbursement for the cost of the WorkHealth checks, meaning they are free.  

The Program

The free 15 - 20 minute confidential health check can be conducted at your workplace and includes the following health assessments:

• Lifestyle Questionnaire
• Heart health testing (blood pressure, cholesterol & diabetes check)
• Physical assessment
• Lifestyle advice, recommendations & referrals based on immediate results
• Organisational Profile detailing the health status of your company

What is required from you after your booking has been made, is to provide a private room where the assessments can take place, and assist us in promoting the assessments within your organisation.
