Diary Direct is Prime’s web-based, online booking system. Built with our clients in mind, this real-time, online booking system gives select Prime customers the ability to view, make, edit, reschedule and cancel appointments – directly into any Prime clinician’s diary.

Particularly useful for booking medicals, authorised users from our employer client base have the ability to make appointments for candidates whilst still on the phone or during interview. No more waiting on hold, no more frustrating delays – choose the clinic, view the available times, fill in the Company and Candidate’s details – and confirm. Once completed, an email is sent to the Candidate with appointment details including date, time, location and what to bring. And if a booking needs changing, Prime’s Diary Direct will allow users to search for the appointment, edit the details, change time and location, reschedule and cancel.
