Responsible for the human resources function of Prime’s national business, Jennifer has over 20 years oil and gas experience in management administration, projects and human resources.  Prior to joining Prime in 2007, Jennifer’s experience was gained primarily at Woodside Energy Ltd in delivering effective people services, employment contracts, relocation of personnel, process improvements and the management of human resources services contracts. 

Before pursuing her chosen career path in Human Resources, Jennifer’s gained experience in project administration roles for Woodside. Prior to this she worked in the Marketing Department of The Hydro-Electric Commission of Tasmania. 

Jennifer is passionate about providing efficient and effective HR solutions to support Prime’s workforce, is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and is a member of Prime’s Management team.
