Dr Rob McCartney
National Director Occupational Medicine

Rob McCartney is a specialist Occupational Physician with over 15 years experience in providing Occupational Medical services to a wide range of industry to maximise the health, wellbeing and productivity of working people.

He has particular focus on assisting executive and senior management in strategic planning and cost-effective risk management of human resources. He is Chief Medical Adviser to several blue chip Australian Companies.

He is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and is the President Elect of the Australian & New Zealand Society of Occupational Medicine

 

Elva Cornford
State Manager Queensland

Elva has gained a wealth of experience in administration and operational management with 20 years in management roles. This background and interest in health sciences has provided a firm base on which to develop a strong team of allied health practitioners and support administration team members.

 

Elva’s focus on development and maintenances of effective processes, both internally and externally, enhances the excellence in delivery of our services throughout Queensland, including divisions in treatment, assessments, training and safety. Strong emphasis is consistently placed on encouraging lasting relationships with our key referrers and partners, with a “lead by example” approach.

 

Having a keen interest in literature and proofreading, a high level of professionalism in all documentation is considered critical by Elva – just ask the team!

 

Col White
Queensland Site Services Manager

Col has managed the provision of rehabilitation, assessment, training and safety services to the Queensland market for over 15 years. He has extensive knowledge of the Queensland regulatory and legislative requirements placed on employers. Col works with a range of corporate, government and SMEs in developing tailored programs that assist in effectively managing and reducing occupational risk and the associated cost of  injury and illness.

Col's "hands on experience" in managing and operating a small business ensures he has a practical approach with customers and an insight into the challenges faced by employers in human resource management.

Col was the inaugural Queensland president of the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association - 2003 -  2007.
